This class will incorporate conditioning for aerial specific muscle groups and understanding how to put moves together in combos. This class is for all individuals, absolute beginners included.
INTERMEDIATE CUBE FUNDAMENTALS
This class is designed to add onto poses and movement patterns taught in the previous level. Intermediate cube will focus on poses located at the top point and side bars of the cube as well as transitional movements and rolls. Student will continue to learn how to flow through moves both on a static and spinning cube.
