AERIAL CONDITIONING
This class is dedicated to participants looking to increase strength, body awareness, and overall hoop skills. The class will begin with an instructor guided conditioning program that will include the use of the Aerial equipment. A portion of the class will then be open for students to focus on skills that they want to strengthen where the instructor will be available to assist in troubleshooting & spotting.
AERIAL CHOREOGRAPHY
Our Aerial choreography class specializes in a variety of dance styles. Participants will get to explore the fluidity of Aerial Hoop or Cube through musicality and transitions.
DOUBLE POINT & ‘TIPPY’ HOOP
*Instructor Permission Required* This is a specialty class designed for Intermediate + Hoop participants. Within this class participants will learn how to translate single point moves onto a double point hoop, as well as learning moves which are specific to double point hoop. Participants will also learn the fundamentals of inverting, rolling and posing in the tippy hoop. Participants in this class must be able to invert without the use of their feet and be comfortable at the top of a high hoop.
INTERMEDIATE+ COMBOS
(This class is appropriate for individuals who have taken Intermediate and are comfortable with the moves taught in this level. Each week participants will learn a new combo based upon intermediate level moves, both those previously learnt and new poses/transitions. The combos will focus on different levels in the Aerial equipment, music types, spinning, heels and floor work etc.) OR could note that companion classes are constantly revolving and periodically will involve low-flow, heels, spinning, workshops and choreography classes
AERIAL TECHNIQUE & TRAINING
Aerial Technique & Training is the perfect enrolment or drop in class after completing any fundamental aerial class (Hoop or Cube). During this class participants will focus on skills they are currently finding challenging, with an instructor present to assist with spotting, tips and tricks, or assisting you to train your less dominant side. Have you taken a break from aerials? Have you been in the same fundamental class for a few sessions and are hoping to progress? This class will have you working to improve your nemesis moves!
