FLEXIBILITY
Saskatoon Pole & Dance studio offers a variety of flexibility classes using multiple stretching modalities including, active flexibility techniques, PNF stretching, gentle passive stretch, and breath work to increase your flexibility.
Our classes range from active flexibility, gentle stretching, soft tissue work, and anything in between to help you reach your goals.
Active Flexibility
Are you looking for new ways to increase or improve your mobility? Active flexibility class uses a variety of stretching modalities including active flexibility techniques, PNF stretching and breath work to increase your flexibility. This is not a passive stretching or gentle yin class. Throughout this class participants will not only stretch but strengthen their muscles as well.
Roll & Release
This class targets muscle and connective tissues by using a tennis ball or smaller sized ball. It helps improve mobility, muscle and tissue length. The ball is your only requirement!
Gentle Stretch
Gentle Stretch class is TLC for your nervous system. During this class, participants will move their way between passive stretches while focusing on breath, rest and relaxation.
