POLE CONDITIONING
Our pole conditioning class is a strength training class designed to condition the major muscle groups with pole including abdominals, shoulders, grip strength, and more. There will be a variety of options for all levels from the beginner participants in our advanced aerialists. You will want to bring a water bottle, clothes you are comfortable exercising in, and be ready to work!
CHOREOGRAPHY
In this class participants will learn a short routine in the instructors style of choice. Familiarize yourself with movement on and around the pole. Moves from fundamental classes will be incorporated into routines and you'll be exploring new content. Styles vary from lyrical to classique, burlesque to hip hop and more. There are endless possibilities. Our creative team is guaranteed to show you how to find your favorite way to move.
POLE TECHNIQUE & TRAINING
Pole Technique & Training is the perfect enrollment or drop in class after completing any fundamentals class. Be prepared to work on your challenges and skills to perfect your pole repertoire. Have you taken a break from pole? This class can introduce you back to training. Have you been in the same fundamental class for a few sessions and hoping to progress? This class will have you working and improving your nemesis moves!
POLE COMBOS
Pole combos offers the opportunity to combine moves previously learned in fundamental classes, as well as new tricks, transitions and spins at that skill level.
