Thank you for joining us on Zoom!

We have had three Zoom sessions so far and we are delighted at all the support. Thank you for continuing to be involved in our community. We will be posting a weekly schedule shortly with classes that you can participate in. To continue to support the studio while our doors are closed, we are receiving class credits just like dropping into regular classes. This helps to pay for our lease when classes are not running in our studio. Sign up in MindBody as you usually do. However, if you have been laid off your job or your budget is tight, please continue to come to class for your mental and physical health!


Thank you to everyone who joined our hang out, Justin’s choreography Friday night, and Melanie’s Barre class on Saturday. If you have any class suggestions that you’d like to see, let us know. We will be offering a variety of classes throughout the day and evening to keep you moving during social isolation.
